After you settled yourself on the back of your horse, you will be guided into the lush rainforest area of St. Kitts. You will see a variety of species including bamboo, wild coffee, seagrape, wild cherries, wild sage, Flamboyant (the national flower of these two islands), as well as almonds, mangoes, and the new variety of high-sugar pineapples. Now, remember, you can't take any of these home so you'll just have to fantasize how sweet they are.

Your guide will take you over the interesting terrain, explaining the forces that created it as well as the political forces that created St. Kitts.
