BIKE...EASY TO MODERATE RIDE TO FRIGATE BAY BEACH

Your tour begins near the cruise pier where you will receive your 21 speed mountain bike and helmet. You'll start pedaling on the Bay Road past Fort Thomas and the Government House. Then head "off-road" via Shadwell Siding to the Sugar Factory. Continue through sugar cane field roads and along the base of the Conaree Hills before descending into Frigate Bay. Here there's a bit of a challenge, but if you're not up to pedaling, feel free to get off and walk, or even catch a ride to the top of Timothy Hill. The views of the South East Peninsula, the Caribbean and the Atlantic Coasts, as well as the island of Nevis and the central mountain range are all spectacular and you will feel your efforts to get here were well worth it.

Enjoy the descent down Timothy Hill to Frigate Bay, where you'll have time to stop for a cooling dip and light refreshments before returning to the cruise pier via Frigate Bay Road.

A crash truck follows the tour, carrying a first aid kit, walkie talkies and a cell phone. You will cycle about 11 miles on this tour.
