Ocho Rios, Jamaica Shore Excursions

OCHO RIOS HIGHLIGHTS TOUR WITH DUNNS RIVER FALLS
$52 Per Person

This is the best way to see what Ocho Rios has to offer. You will be met at the cruise pier and taken for a drive through Fern Gully, a beautiful three mile winding road, boasting over 500 species of tropical ferns and cascading waters.

The famous Dunns River Falls, one of those "must-do" activities when visiting Jamaica, will amaze you. Upon arriving, you will hear the gush of water as you approach a long set of stairs, which will take you to the bottom of the Falls. From there, you will begin the upward climb of over 600 feet to the top. Join hands with your fellow climbers, as your local guide shows you the best route over the rocks. Make sure to bring your waterproof camera. Your guide will be happy to take your photo along the way at one of the many cool plunge pools you'll encounter as you journey upwards.

After your invigorating climb, it will be nice to relax on one of Jamaica's beautiful beaches. Watersports rentals and changing and restroom facilities are available here. You will have about an hour or so to dig your toes into the sand before your guide tells you it's time to leave for lunch. You'll go to a lovely restaurant with a Jamaican buffet and one drink included. The cost of the lunch is approximately $14.00 per person and is NOT included in the price of the tour.

And finally, you'll have some time to shop at a local spot where you can browse shops and visit the craft market before heading back to your ship.
